I’ve spent years coaching masters swimmers and competitive age-group athletes, guiding them through challenges, goals, breakthroughs, and transformations. Every team I’ve worked with has achieved remarkable success, but what I’m most proud of is the sense of unity, trust, and encouragement that grew within those lanes.
United Swimmers was born from my passion for creating an environment where every swimmer feels genuinely seen, supported, and inspired.I came to competitive swimming later in life, so I know firsthand what it feels like to balance training with work, family, and all the responsibilities that tug at us. It can feel overwhelming, but it’s also what makes the sport so endlessly rewarding. I believe in celebrating individual success in all its forms: from a first dip in the sea to stepping onto an international stage. Success isn’t defined by comparison - it’s defined by achieving the goal that matters to you.
Above all, I believe in the strength of an authentic, happy team. When swimmers feel comfortable, valued, and welcomed, they support one another naturally - and that’s where real progress happens.
